Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions — check our homepage for current deals.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 2–5 days for tracking information to update after shipment.

Lost or Delayed Packages If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at info@outdoorrushstore.com. We will work with the carrier to locate your package or issue a replacement/refund.
