OutdoorRush™ — Store Policies
1. SHIPPING POLICY
Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions — check our homepage for current deals.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 2–5 days for tracking information to update after shipment.
Lost or Delayed Packages If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at info@outdoorrushstore.com. We will work with the carrier to locate your package or issue a replacement/refund.
2. RETURN & REFUND POLICY
30-Day Return Window We offer a 30-day return policy. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
Eligibility To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition you received it
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation email)
How to Request a Return Contact us at info@outdoorrushstore.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with return instructions within 48 hours.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Non-Refundable Items

- Items returned after the 30-day window
- Gift cards
Damaged or Defective Items If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@outdoorrushstore.com with photos of the issue. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund — no return required.
Exchanges We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original and place a new order.
